What Are The Treatment For Sunburn?

Hi I am 34 I am asian american so normally I do not burn but usually tan. I went to the beach for the first time this year, with SPF 15 and now have maybe 30 or so brown spots around 1/8 in diameter that appeared on my left forearm and just above my stomach. Not itchy. I also have some really small bumps that appeared on my left forearm, should I email pictures?
