so i have these white spots on my the bottom of my feet they don't hurt or anything they sometimes go away when my feet are dry from getting out of the shower an sometimes not also its like my skin on the bottom of my feet is getting like lil dot dead skin dot like my skin is deteriorating but when feet are dry all is good any thought doc ?
