What Are The White Lumps On My Glans?

Hi, im a 15 year old male, and my problem is i have a group of white lumps under the edge of the head of my penis, i havent had sex but all i need to know is what the hell they are and is it serious. Please help me i really need to know. Ive had them for atleast a year now, i dont dare to go to the doctors, so could you tell me please?
