What Are The White Patches On My Penis Shaft?

Hello doctor, i m 21 year old. i have a white patches on my penis's shaft from last one year. But it is not increasing, it is as it was. i don't have any sort of problem, like pain, dullness etc. but i m afraid that wheather it is leprosy or somthing else.
