What Are The White Spots At The Base Of My Glans?

Hi, I have white spots around bottom of the head of my penis, I don't think it's lichen planus because I look at the pictures and mine doesn't look like that. I've had them for quite a while now. Help would be much appreciated, or even better if you suggested how I could get rid of them. Thank you.
