What Are The Withdrawal Symptoms Of Tramadol Prescribed For Nerve Pain?

Hi, I am prescribed Tramadol 100mg 3x/day for nerve pain from spinal arthritis and fibromyalgia. I see a new PCP on Wednesday and I do not know if he will refill my prescription, or help me taper down. I've attempted to taper off tramadol once before and it was very rough going. I have been prescribed tramadol for almost 6 months. If he doesn't refill my prescription is a detox the best option?
