What Can I Do? I Am A Disabled Nurse Due

What can I do? I am a disabled nurse due to complications from a csedtion. Nerve hit twice during both epidural attempts, neither very successful so I just ginned & bore it. Daily breve spasms since. 3 mons later total hyster w/ bill. Oopherectomy lasted 5 hrs uterus wrapped around to back of intestines & cervis attached to bladder. He of endometriosis, fibroids ovsrian cysts prev exp. laparoscopy of abdomen w/lysis of adhesions. I now have abdominal adhesions, bladder spasms, super sensitive abdominal viscera, and nerve spasm that rum from base of spine to base of skull stopping me in my tracks. I do r ceive epidurals & facet joint blocks. Unfortunately, I have only had I epi $ facet joint on only 1 side of spine. Wasnt pain free before going in so wasnt expecting that to be issue afterwords. I have recently moved to a small rural town & catching holy heck waiting in pan mgt p. Doc to see me because he is so busy as only doc in town doing pain med mgmt. other pain clinic do procedures only pretty much. No new doc really coming, older ones retiring. Try. Physician has been working with me but getting frustrated as we haven't read actual appt date yet as he is reviewing chart as time permits. Primary trying his best but concerned because taking so long for appt. help & nervous writing pan scripts for lortab 10 3x day itch tram 50 3 x/day? Help
