What Can I Do About Scabies Persisting For 15 Months, Including My Scalp?

Hi, I have scabies , already 15 month. I tried all meds what I find. I do not want to go to any Dr. anymore, its usesess, because of their limited experience. I kill my skin already and my the biggest problem - scabies in my head. 60yo foman. (all meds is helping fo 1-2 days only.)
