What Can I Do To Conceive While On Sysfolactiv, MGD3, And Ovance DSR?

Hi doctor, i already have baby girl of 14 months and trying to conceive again for last 4 months, but not able to since doctor has recommended sysfolactiv in morning, mgd3 afternoon and ovance dsr at night...rest test are normal. Please suggest how to convince again.
