What can I do to help me sleep? I took sudafed 12 hr at 7pm last night and it's 3am now. I know it said on the box may cause trouble sleeping. Well that's true I have yet to sleep and I have a toddler to take care of in the morning and all day. Is there anything I can take to help me sleep now so I have some rest for the daytime when I am to be caring for my son? Please and thank you.
