What Can I Do To Increase The Size Of My Uterus While Taking Progynova For Primary Amenorrhea?

Hi doctor, I am a 23 year old female with infantile uterus and my ovaries are slightly small in volume and suffering from primary amenorrhea. My Estrogen is 11, Lh3.6 and fsh 4.6 and prolactin is 194. My doctor prescribed me progynova to take for three months. What should I do to increase the size of the uterus? My karyotype is normal as well.
