What Can I Do To Interfere With How The Depo

What can I do to interfere with how the depo probers shot works? I was given it in the hospital after giving birth and was not told that it would negatively affect my supply. I make almost nothing and am afraid that this won't fix itself when I'm off the shot. Baby is only 4 weeks old I really wanted to breast feed. I've tried reglan which brought me up to an ounce but made me anxious. Fenugreek and mothers milk tea aren't helping. Power pumping isn't helping. Patching him isn't helping. I am at the point where I want to give up. I'm not sure I can continue stressing like this for the next 6 weeks until the shot wears off.
