What Can I Do To Reduce Clitoral Pain And Swelling After Rough Fingering And Sex?

Hi, please my boyfriend and I had sex and after fingering me he applied hard pressure around my clitoris and then had sex after words which was painful, immediately after the sex, my clitoris are was really swollen and painful,the swelling is down to3/4 of it’s size but I still feel pain there but not when urinating. Please what can I do to reduce the pain and swelling?
