What Can I Do To Stop My Ongoing Periods, Which Have Lasted Three Weeks Despite Trying Tripic And Removing My Birth Control Implant?

Hey, I have issues with my periods, is been 3 weeks now and my periods have not stopped.At first I went to the pharmacy and they gave me tripic but it didn t help then I went to the clinic to remove the implant that I was using as birth control but even now nothing changed...Please help me on what I should do to stop this periods?
