What Can I Do To Stop Persistent Vaginal Bleeding When Adenomyosis Treatments Have Failed?

I have adenomyosis. Initial provera injection worked. 2nd injection didn t. bleeding daily. IUD x 2 within 3 months failed.. coming down with big clots. iud removed. put On primolut 4 tabs a day+ slinda worked for 10months.. GP not sure how safe on primolut long term. referred to gyne and advised iud. inserted IUD 4 wks ago. weaned off primolut and now bleeding daily but minimal clots. tranexamic acid helps but hi risk of clots. what can i do to stop bleeding.
