What Can I Do To Treat Persistent Redness, Itching, And Tightness Under My Foreskin Despite Using Cambizen Cream?

I am having redness under the foreskin of penis and some time it is itching a bit. I am using cambizen cream. But the fungal infection it not getting totally cured. I feel that there is a tightness in my foreskin also due to this. I realised it afterwards. Please suggest me solution.
