What Can I Eat And Do For Pain Relief From Pancreatic Cysts And Severe Pain Without Causing Constipation?

Hi I have a cyst in my stomach I started drinking alcohol heavy again and now a couple years later I have came to find out I have two cyst in my pancreas I went to the er recently from not being able to keep food down or pass a bowel movement along with pain where I can even walk they said to see a specialist so that’s what I’m waiting on now in the meantime I’m in so much pain they gave me tramadol for pain but afraid to take them and get constipated again please help me what I can do and eat until then :(
