What Can I Take For Fatty Liver Disease With Persistently Elevated Liver Enzymes And Recurring Headaches Despite Using Livolin Forte?

Hi, please I was recently diagnosed with fatty liver disease. I did Liver function test and most of the liver enzymes were highly elevated. I have been taking livolin forte for a while now too and the result is not changing. Please I want to know if there is a much better drugs I could take. For 5 days now, I have been having a constant headache that returns. Please I need a medical advice
