What Can I Use Instead Of Altris Gel For Increasing Grey Hair?

Hi I have been experiencing grey hair from quite some time and they have increased recently . I am 23 years old and have been taking Biotin and other supplements but they are not as effective . I had used Altris gel before but it is not available now . What to use instead of Altris gel and do I need to change my supplements?
