What Can Be Cause For Clots Of Blood In Urine?

What can be cause for clots of blood in urine? The urine color is normal but there's just this little spot looking like blood . My period finished like a week ago. In addition to that I'm having odd odor from my vagina. This problem usually occurs when i believe my body needs flushing out. Usually goes back to no scent after I flush my body out.Is this normal?
