What Can Be The Cyst That Came Out From The Vagina?

Hello, I gave birth 4 weeks ago now, during the labour before the baby came through I delivered a round cyst like ball about the size of a grape- it looked a bit like a small brain. I think I also delivered one on the toilet whilst I was just having contractions but it disappeared down the pan, the midwives didn't know what it was and said they would send it off to be tested on, I have rang the doctors and there is no mention of it on my file- so I will try and chase it up with my health visitor tomorrow. Do you have any idea what it may have been? is it something to worry about? In the past I have had abnormal smears but this was on my cervix and I don't know if it is connected. Thanks
