What Can Be The Reason For Rectal Pain?

hi i am 36 y/0, 13o lbs female who practically have dysmenorrhea everytime i have my period. lately my rectum has been hurting too with my dysmenorrhea and oftentimes the rectal pain persists even after my period. i have no problem with bowel movement. i manage pain and usually works with ibuprofen. just worried about this new pain.
