What Can Be The Reason For Spots On The Penis After Sex?

I had sex with my girlfriend and my penis has reddish looking spots on it. After a day or two they fade away, but they are still apparent. When the spots fade away I have sex again and they appear. I got tested and my results were negative for std's. What could this be?
