What Can Cause A Bacterial Infection Spread On Skin?

HI,I am 30 and 1st my friend got bacteria on his face but it went away.2 weeks later I got the same thing i stiil have it now.its black and red,looks like tiny pimples or warts,and when sqeazed transparent water comes out.It was only on my neck but when I sqeazed it it spread to my shoulder.What type of bacteria is this?
