What Can Cause A Bleeding Cut On Buttock?

I have this small cut inbetween my butt crack on the top part. It will slightly bleed at times but it doesn't hurt. it never seems to scab over but it will sometimes get this like sticky pack of blood almost like a blood clot. I don't know what to do to heal it? Don't even know how it got there.
