What Can Cause An Electrical Shock Feeling Starting Behind Your

What can cause an electrical shock feeling starting behind your left eye traveling thru the eye down the left cheek bone, lips , teeth and left leg from knee to the ankle. When this occurs I can't see, have sever left pain, collapse and even cry from the head pain. Furthermore, the area around left eye becomes red and swollen.
