What Can Cause Blisters On Upper Lip?

.Hi I woke up this morning and had a very tiny little bubble like blister above my top lip on the mustache area?! I don't know where it's coming from? I do shave that area, even though I know it's not a smart decision but ghis is the first time I'm seeing these tiny little blisters/bubbles. Please help!
