What Can Cause Blood In Urine,cramps And Mood Swings?

Hello. I'm a 18 year old female who has always had problems with my irregular period. I started when I was 9. I got married 3 months ago and had my first sexual experience that night. However, for the past two months I have been peeing blood and what appears to be tissue, as well as having cramps, mood swings, and other typical period symptoms. I am not on the pill. I'm afraid I could be having a miscarriage, but I didn't even know I was pregnant. Am I right, and if not, what else could it be? I have no pain at all when I pee, by the way.
