What Can Cause Body Odor And How To Treat It?

I have weird, bad body odor. Smells like wet dirty rug. Makes me naucious. It gets terrible when I work alot. It gets worse when I use deodrant (anti-perspirant). It has been coming and going, but for the past week, it was getting bad and I took shower twice a day, and it got worse. I'm suspecting fungus. My face and head get itchy very often. As for the head, even right after taking a shower. But I don't have any flakes from my head. I'm not sure if the odor is coming from my head or armpits. I am a flood victim, living in a temporally small place with lots of stuff from the flooded house which was mold ridden. Could it be fungus or something else ?
