What Can Cause Congestion In My Head ?

Hey. I have the feeling of congestion in my head and I can't pop my ears when I yawn, on the last day of my marihuana smoking habit I had this feeling of a bubble of air going into my head from my ears I feel like crap all the time and I tried smoking it one last time to see if it went away and when I did try it again I felt like I was bleeding down my back and into my legs, it also felt like liquids were building up in my butt cheaks. I have this little pain in my cheast sometime and I get heart pain sometimes. There is a little bump at the back of my jaw under my ear and when I smoked marihuana it got alot smaller, flat though not width wise. I don't know what's wrong but I think I'm dieing.
