What Can Cause Dizziness For Short Periods And Buzzing In Ears?

I was feeling dizzy for short periods of time for a couple days. Then i experienced a pressure at the base of my neck and head. whenever i turned my head to the right i would get a sharp pain that radiated along the base and up around my right temple. i then experienced a buzzing in my ear and my voice sounded robotic to me. then i began having flashes of light along with blurred vision. my left hand then went tingly as it traveled up my arm i lost all feeling in my left arm, and then in my right, and then my jaw did the same thing. i went to the hospital and whenever a dr. was paged i thought that the announcer was saying something different than what was actually being said. i felt that everyone was malicious towards me ( but i knew this was not the case) this all lasted for about an hour and a half. i then seemed to have a heightend sense of sexuality that lasted for about 20 min. and then i became extremly tired. I was also very scared and irrational through the whole episode.
