What Can Cause Flat Red Spots Back Of Knees?

I am a 20 year old female and I keep on getting random flat red spots on my legs,particularly on the back of my knees. They do not itch or blanch, but fade within a day or so. Any ideas what they could be? No other symptoms, just wondering what they are! Thanks!
