What Can Cause Headache While Reaching Orgasm?

good day,i experienced what i now know is a thunderclap headache at the peak of an orgasm last night. it was very scary. it was on one side of my head above the ear. I am a 52 yr old female and fear something could be serious.
This is a first time incident. Today i feel hung over sort of but i did not consume alcohol . Should i seek emergency help this morning?
