What Can Cause Itching In Thighs?

Hi ...Im a bit worry...This afternoon I had a horrible iching in my tighs. I could not stop scraching, after an hour I got really bad bruises all over my tighs. It looks like I had a bad accident. Could you please tell me what is causing this? thank you very much
