What Can Cause Itchy Red Little Bumps On Shoulder And Lower Back?

Hi, my son is four and he keeps itching and has little red bumps on his shoulder and the bumps are lined up in a square. he also his a few bumps on his lower back. He his never had the chicken pops and i think this my be it. Please help me....Thanks!
