What Can Cause Neck Pain And Head Pain?

i have had pins and needles in my hands and feet for three weeks which i can feel all the time. If i am working or doing something sometimes i don't feel them.I have now got neck pain headaches and feel really dizzy.I have become a bit worried about it now which might be making it worse. I do also have pain in my noise like its blocked. My doctor has sent me for a blood test. Thanks
