What Can Cause Pain In Shoulder?

some three months back i had a left shoulder pain,so to rule out i got ECG done which was normal.ihave a history of prevous fall.then got lipid profile done which showed high Tg.,then got an ECHO done which one doctor who not being a cardiologist said i have CARDIOMYOPATHY.Another doctor who saw me again is a CARDIOLOGIST said i am absolutely normal.whom to believe as i am little paranoid
