What Can Cause Persistent Diarrhea,nausea And Random Headaches?

I haven't had a period for 6 months and last week I finally got a 3 day period, but it was brown and a little bit of discharge mixed with it. I have been waking up every morning for the passed week with diarrhea and sometimes there is nausea and random headaches.
