What Can Cause Pimples On Face Every Time After Masturbating?

Hi, I am a 20 years old student, and I have a serious problem. My problem is that I have pimples whenever I ejaculate (during sleeping, masturbation, sex). I used to masturbate very often (1 or 2 times a week), and it caused pimples on my face. I masturbated for more than 5 years, and I had a very horrible skin on my face. But then I stopped masturbating for more than 5 months, and my skin was very clear, it was perfect. I masturbated once last week, and it caused so many pimples on my face. My face wasn't uglier than this! Now I am very worried about what will happen when I get married. I can avoid masturbation now to have a normal skin, but I can't avoid sex with my wife when I get married. Please help me. What can I do?
