What Can Cause Rapidly Growing, Painful Tonsil Stones That Make Swallowing Very Difficult?

Hey I currently have tonsil stones and they have moved around quite within the past month (which is when i first noticed them) it has been so hard to me to swallow and since the past few days these little balls of skin have been growing inside my left tonsil and the pain from just eating/drinking is almost unbearable
