What Can Cause Secretions From Breasts ?

i have white milky liquid coming from both my breasts it feels sticky but very watery/ i have been having unprotected sex and my sence of smell has gotten very sensitive i have also gain 25lbs out of nowhere but i have been having my period so is this normal?
