What Can Cause Spotting And Brownish Discharge?

I had unprotected sex the next morning I started my period and had my regular 5 day cycle. It is a week before my next period is due and I have been spotting for the last 2 days a brownish discharge. I never spot before my periods and they are always regular. Is there a chance this could be implantation bleeding and I could be pregnant?
