What Can Cause Spreading Painful Pimples ?

I had a very painful pimple in my chin. The next day, I felt the swelling on my right neck and it pains whenever i turn my neck right side. then I have got blister in my lips and it is so painful. When I take panadol, my neck pain is releived for sometimes and the pain comes back. What could be the cause. Please advice.
