What Can Cause Swelling Of Body And Face?

sir am 27 year old female my face and body swelling all the tests have been done kidney, lft, chest x-ray all reports are normal ...........is this problem relates to brain ? if i take rest i will be normal ...... i felt that there is no proper blood circulation please advise
