What Can Cause Swollen Tonsils, Earache And Temple Ache?

have a swollen tonsil,earache, and temple ache. Switches back and forth from ear to temple. Took a blood and urine test and they came back good. It's just on one side, left. No fever, no fatigue, no loss of appetite. Took a round of antibiotics and swelling went down some, but symptons still there. I did notice I had mold in my bathroom, if this may have played a part ?
