What Can Happen If Althea Pill Intake Is Missed?

What will happen if I missed two pills? I usually take it at 9 pm and last saturday I missed taking it. The next day (Sunday), at 11:30 pm I just took 2 Althea pills which was supposed to be for Saturday and Sunday which means that I also took Sunday's pill late for 2 and a half hours.
