What Can I Do To Stop The Pounding In My Ears And The Dizziness?

Hi. i am 35 years, female and 68 kgs have had bouts of vomiting in November 2010, visited a GP and he said that I had ;lactic acidosis due to a stavudine containing ARV i was taking. he changed me to another but had also a high pulse rate. I have this pounding effect in both my ears dizziness and tiredness when i wake in the morning and i am on atenolol and gabapentin for my painful legs due to stavudine. What can i do to stop the pounding in my ears and the dizziness i feel in the morning.
