What Can Itchy, White Patches Around Groin Area Indicate?

i am 37 year old of weigth 90 kg. For last six month i have been noticing white patches in my groin area. for last 2 year i was also suffered from itching in my groin area. And white patches appeard six month back in the groin area. what is this and can you please suggest some medicine.
