What Can One Do To Treat A Spreading Eyelid Rash, Especially On The Left Side?

Hi, my son is 20 years old, he has developed some skin rash on the eyelids (left side more, pls see the attached picture) for the last 3 days. It is spreading. Pls advise what he can do. Currently he doesn t have access any doctor for coming few days. He has Dermovat medicine, boroline aloe Vera gel cream etc with him.
