What Cases Blurred Vision During Pregnancy?

36 weeks pregnant and had my second episode of blurred hazy vision. My vision was like I looked at the sun too long and was blurry and hazy. Last episode was about 2 weeks ago. I drank Gatorade and laid down with feet elevated and the blurred vision subsided after about 45 minutes. What could cause this and should I be concerned.
